'Tis the season!

The essence of Christmas that has sheltered in our minds wayback years, is about gift giving.

I remember my cousin who has quoted "Christmas is not about gifts, it's about love and peace." My heart melted when I heard it, imagine a little boy saying a serious line. Yet he immediately added "I mean it's time for kids and gifts". LOL. Corny him.

If we could go to a deeper understanding, there are two essences of this season. Peace and love for the old ones; gift giving for the kids,

Parents are contented with their kids knowing that children are lifetime gifts.

"Tis the season!

"Magandang Pagsasamahan Tungo sa Maayos at Maunlad na Lipunan"

"No man is an island"

Like they said, we are all connected to all humanity in this world. We can never get the chance to be better if we don't have any strong bond to whatever we have, for that, we should create a deeper relationship to the people around us. Through this deep relationship so as to have a strong bond, we can live in a better place-a peaceful and ordered community.

The Best Sembreak

Well, sembreak for me, was too short. I wasn't given a chance to become a full-time house kid because I had to create a reminder for some activities for the week.
I went straight to Manila after exams for my USTET. I was exhausted that time and my patience has gone to an end. My mind was almost drowned of that 1300 questions that I answered within three days.
Officially, I voted the Brgy. Elections for SK for the first time. It was a learning experience.
Being a house kid began as days went through. I never thought that I'd be having a 10-hour sleep like the oil does when the winter starts. A whole day watching television like Mr. Bean does in a movie series. Eat all you can all day that tastes when someone asks you a mouth-watering food for free.
My sembreak went quick as it arrived to its last pace.
The Twilight festival could be the most valuable and exciting part of the break. I got to watch it with best friend and some some friends.
I know one thing has changed my heart because of the break. It is that I never intended to set my priorities until this time came in. I know I made the most out of it.

"Breaking Barriers Through English"

War is a proof that there are walls and gaps between countries. It destroys the good relationship among humanity.

Through English we can break the barriers of every country.

Imagine the happenings if there's no universal language called English. Imagine the lives that come to death if we don't understand and express ourselves of others.

Have we realized the importance of English?

This language keeps us tight with others.

Filipinovation: The Way Forward

If we are to realize what's being left in people's initiative, surely, we can forward to a new way of better beginning.

Nowadays, Filipinos are in demand because of their abilities in leadership. They go abroad and serve as a model of industriousness.

With our potentials, we work hand in hand to repair the earth and bring back its original sensation.

Filipinos had proved that they can rule the world through their innovations.

My Teacher...My Hero

I was once sitting in a chair in front the desk of a teacher, with a flying mind making my own self drown in dumbness.
From that time, when Ma'am Cacal asked me what's the main ingredient to succeed in life, I answered "Trust in yourself". My life's direction went straight.
I was able to wake up from a nightmare with a snap of her two fingers; I was able to stand and live for my fortune guided by her feet; I was able to see the reality directed by her eyes.
I learned to trust her, so with I.
And now, I'm here standing and lifting myself high as if I'm soaring towards the peak of my success. I was not able to reach where I am now without Ma'am Cacal.

Blogging, now a part of me.

The first three months of this school year is almost over. With those months staying in the Computer room 3, I have learned many things and applied in some ways.

Blogging is now a part of my fourth year life. I never knew the importance of it until such time it was fed of me. I believe that it was the most important discovery in the first grading of ICT IV.

Behind those learnings and discoveries I was through, no doubt, I have encountered some problems. It is that I was rushing to submit my draft and post it on my blog.

I know I hate cramming that's why I still do my works in ICT IV during my leisure in order to finish it in the due date I was given.

Moving on, I will give more importance of my time in doing all of the responsibilities I have.

"Sa Pangangalaga ng Wika at Kalikasan, Wagas na Pagmamaghal ang Talagang Kailangan"

NO LOVE. NO LANGUAGE.
NO LOVE. NO PEACE.
NO LANGUAGE. NO ENVIRONMENT.

For all we know, language plays a crucial role in our lives. It serves to communicate with others.
Love governs our humane compassion. It stands our acts and deeds.
How come we're able to have national language with no love at all? How come we're able to have good environment with no language at all? Amazing but true, right?

INTERCONNECTEDNESS. I for one believe that language is a part of our environment. Come to think of it, how can we interact without a language?
Yes, LOVE is the key in taking care of our national language so with our environment. Let love circulate in every mind and every heart.

Nutritious foods grip weighty babies

"Sa Pagkaing Tama at Tapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat."

Nutrition, as we all know, is the aggregate of all the process by which food is assimilated, growth promoted and waste repaired in living organism.

Good nutrition should begin at babies' level, where they can have a good start for their future.

Normal babies doesn't only depend on the good genes that they got. Sometimes, they do not follow their trend. They do not attain the physical appearance of their parents.

I for one believe that nutritious foods outcome weighty babies, affecting their nutritional status. It shapes out the 5 healthy aspects of humane compassion. Physical. Mental. Emotional. Spiritual. Social. For that, nutrition stands for the best health.

Dear Mr. President,
I am based for 15 years in this old-fashioned City of Vigan that made my eyes open to the reality of circumstances and struggles that may affect the welfare of my city especially now.
Mr. President, allow me to speak out my side to what is happening on young Filipinos right now. I know you have faced a lot of hardship during your youth, and surely can understand us.
So blessed with what I have now, I have the heart and mind to compare comfort and upset. I feel so bad for the teenagers who already broke their future, who went separate lives from their sacrificing parents, who misjudged their dignity and now facing agony.
I know the reason why they are doing those to themselves, for I understand them. I know what could be the best solution to their problems for I care for them.
In school, many among teachers only focused on outstanding students. They do not care about others. That is why some called to be favoritism. For that, students are tempted to do something harm to their lives. Something harm that they think people would recognize them. And that causes them to be addicted to drugs and join fraternities that have bad influence. At their homes, parents will scold them for they are not attending their classes without asking for any reason. That will add the bad feelings of the youth.
Another one is the lack of books and other facilities to public schools. The more facilities to be used the more educated the student may be.
The historic time of election had marked you to be our new messiah. Now that you are now carrying a weighty responsibility, I know you need a helping hand to be with you, Mr. President. You have a genuine humane compassion to raise up the Philippines. I hope Filipinos would be fed up with their needs and comfort with you as the new father of our country.

Respectfully yours,
Thrina P. Alimboyoguen
