My Dream My Future

Life is quick that you have to make each day lasts forever.

It's been 10 years now that I have started dreaming of who I wanna be. I never intended to have a complicated life, I just wanted to make it a simple one.

You may call me "Dr. Thrin" 15 years from now. I may have my specialization in heart diseases--a cardiologist. I'll be working at the best hospital in the world and be the best doctor that you'd meet. Well, one of them.

There'll just be a simple routine in my daily life. Go to the hospital. Cure the sick ones. Get some promotions. Go back to my house. Check out my dog. Stay connected with the family. Date the love of my life. Formost, live with the comfort of love. <3

CHANGE: It starts with ME

Time changes us. It is just a meager instrument that can easily blow away us from ourselves.

If we are to think what is really to be done, we can surely change the whole world the way we like it. A world where we let ourselves bind together to find harmony.

In life, changes occur unexpectedly. Some may be good. Some may be bad.

As I look up to where I am now, I have never realized of how many vagaries I have made. I just wanted to be unique, something that can be proud of. So whenever I have some changes in my life, I'll always salute myself for being original. I never wanted someone to copy anything from my personality, because, CHANGE ALWAYS STARTS WITH ME.

Kannawidan, The Ylocos Festival

Streets were full of bright colors. Attentions were caught by the delicacies. Vintage stuffs brought back the essence of the past. These were all I felt when I was glancing every locals' product.

I never thought that I could find pleasure in eating native ice cream walking at a crowded area and never you can find air to breath. I just enjoyed every single taste of the ice cream and let my eyes stare those native stuffs because I don't have budget in buying those (:

For me, it's the best Ylocos festival and people are assured to visit it every year.

25th of January-The never-ending celebration

Children always look forward to parades because of candies and gummies. They are eager to see people on costumes walking down the streets. Endless trend of participants make the busy streets.

Bigueños are proud of having the City Fiesta because of tourists, day-to-day activities and feasts. One thing I won't forget is watching the Longanisa Festival. The participants were rich in costumes and colors that capture anyone's attention.

There were also pageants and different contests. I hope that this Vigan City Fiesta will contribute a bunch of goodness to the Bigueños' welfare.

My Web Reflection

The 3rd grading period was bliss. I never snooped about the web until I met this topic in ICT IV. At first, I found it hard to type all the tags in the notepad and my eyes would always cramp because of the radiation. But I never gave up making web pages.

For me, the most unforgettable project in this quarter is making FrontPage. This project that I still carried during press conference became a challenge to me that I should not overlook my responsibilities. I just enjoyed exploring the FrontPage 2003 though there were some problems in the making.

I hope to recognize more interest in the web for the last quarter.

New Year's Ecstasy!

Maybe all of us have something to change when new year arises, something new that would totally make a difference in the whole journey of life.
I haven't made any resolutions in the past years. But I know this time, I will. I will be better and bring it to be blast for my new voyage. This time, the happy things will be happier; the good things will be better; my life will live longer.
The remaining 1/4 of my high school life will soon come to an end. And I want it to be a heartfelt memory in my mind. I want to make everyone be closer. I want the friendship we've built in 4 years would not vanish nor forgotten. That's my new year's resolution. No new look. No new attitude. Just ecstasy.

'Tis the season!

The essence of Christmas that has sheltered in our minds wayback years, is about gift giving.

I remember my cousin who has quoted "Christmas is not about gifts, it's about love and peace." My heart melted when I heard it, imagine a little boy saying a serious line. Yet he immediately added "I mean it's time for kids and gifts". LOL. Corny him.

If we could go to a deeper understanding, there are two essences of this season. Peace and love for the old ones; gift giving for the kids,

Parents are contented with their kids knowing that children are lifetime gifts.
